Hello,
On March 11, 2023, I received a pair of "Red Chief Formal Shoes," order no. 1229744-6582757-0897403. The received product was small in size. I requested to cancel the product, but it has not been picked up yet. The delivery agent denies the pick due to miscommunications between customer care and delivery agents. I uploaded the pictures of my shoes to customer care. Also, customer care personnel checked and confirmed that the pickup would happen, but the delivery person still said no, giving different reasons. Please do the needful so that I can return the product.
With this kind of behavior from Myntra, I am extremely frustrated.
