UTS App Complaint & Customer Care Number


UTS on mobile app is an Indian Railways official android mobile ticketing app to book unreserved train tickets.


Paperless ticket has been enabled in entire Chennai suburban section entire Mumbai suburban section and New Delhi–Palwal section in continuation of Paperless ticket now Season and Platform Tickets are introduced. In addition to that now ‘Change Handset’ feature is introduced which is used to Change passenger old handset to new one and active Season Ticket will transferred from old handset to new one.

    My utsonmobile valid ticket is not showing. It was a 6 monthly suburban ticket from Sodpur (SEP) to Sealdah (SDAH) from end March'23 to end Sept'23. My details is as follows,

    last night I recharged my uts app with 100/- Bank OTP came &after I enter OTP uts showed as server busy. Then I couldn't get 100/- to my uts app. But in bank deducted 100/- it's trax id is 225025503238K2159278. Pls solve issue And add 100/- to my uts app or return to my a/c

    This is too informed you that I have tried booking general ticket from Gwalior to New Delhi but my money got deducted from my account but after that neither ticket received not refund.

    I have added 300 Rs. through net banking on 03 NOVEMBER 2023 through UTS
    using wallet MobiKwik and the reference id was 330785769145. Now the
    payment was confirmed and deducted from Bank but it is not added in my
    UTS balance. I called in UTS call center and they said to check with
    bank. I confirmed with bank and the payment was confirmed but from
    your side it is not added. Kindly check and add the balance in UTS.
