Complaint PAYMENT REFUND

    I have added 300 Rs. through net banking on 03 NOVEMBER 2023 through UTS
    using wallet MobiKwik and the reference id was 330785769145. Now the
    payment was confirmed and deducted from Bank but it is not added in my
    UTS balance. I called in UTS call center and they said to check with
    bank. I confirmed with bank and the payment was confirmed but from
    your side it is not added. Kindly check and add the balance in UTS.
