UTS App Complaint & Customer Care Number


UTS on mobile app is an Indian Railways official android mobile ticketing app to book unreserved train tickets.


Paperless ticket has been enabled in entire Chennai suburban section entire Mumbai suburban section and New Delhi–Palwal section in continuation of Paperless ticket now Season and Platform Tickets are introduced. In addition to that now ‘Change Handset’ feature is introduced which is used to Change passenger old handset to new one and active Season Ticket will transferred from old handset to new one.

    Useful app, but no customer support. Earlier many times i booked unreserved tickets through card payments amount debited from account but ticket booking failed.
    Today I booked season ticket. Amount debited from account. But again failed. Please resolve this issue.

    Hii,
    On dated 18th Apr'23 I had processed for my monthly season booking through my debit card.
    But it's failed some app server related issues. I'm keep trying 2/3 times.
    At last amount deducted from my bank account. But on that time again app server could not working and also hanged.
    After half an hour I'm again login in UTS for showing my ticket.
    But surprisingly ticket not found in UTS.
    My humble request to you please refund my money asap.

    I have transferred Rs. 200 to my UTS wallet via Paytm on 26th April , 2023. The same was deducted from my HDFC Bank and Paytm also shows a successful payment done.     yesterday i booked seasoned ticket from ara to patna city and payment debeited from UPI but ticket is not showing in my uts apps. please help me in this regards.

    I am a regular user of the UTS app. I also maintain the R Wallet for quick transactions. On 12th April, 2023, I wanted to make a recharge of Rs. 200. I used freecharge for the intermediation. A total amount of Rs. 204.25 was deducted instantly from my Bank A/C. It is unfortunate that till 14.05.2023, the amount is not credited to my R Wallet. The Transaction ID is 376696588234C0746296. Every time the status shown in the app as "Recharge initiated".
    Now, it appears to be a complete harassment. The amount should have been credited back to my Bank A/C from where it was debited.
    The biggest difficulty is that there is no information system from where it is possible to understand the present status of the deducted amount. There isn't any mode of communication through which the authorities may be contacted. It appears like whenever transacting, customers are in the midst of uncertainty. If okay, no problem, else, the money is lost. What a shame! Place arrange to credit back my amount.

    When TC asked me for ticket on Dadar station, Mumbai. I tried to show the online ticket, but the UTS app was showing no transaction neither my ticket of rs.40.
    I showed them the successful transaction and money debited from account, but it's of no use, I had to pay the fine of 260/- rs. Unnecessary.
    I told the TC that it's glitch in UTS app, or now I don't know if it's app scam. We can't rely on such government based app.
    I paid my fine to TC , Mrs. Mansi Mahesh Dalvi.
    I don't even know if it's really gonna collect as ticket fine. Or the money is going to their private account.
    Who is responsible for app glitch??
