We are cancelled Maitrayee Hotel Nagpur Rooms, reason is dates mismatched on travel time., So I canceled the booking 07.06.2022 around 10.00pm, refunded amount is 7457/- rupees. booking cancelled success, refund attempted success, but refund transferred to wallet fail, reasons shown on ur website *refund failed due to technical issue. Our team is looking into this priority., till time I'm not receiving refund Amount on my wallet, I'm still waiting for refund amount, once refund amount recived I'm booking another dates same hotel Nagpur

With extreme disappointment I would like to bring it to your notice that its been a hard time for me to keep taking a followup for my refund flight request since last eight months.
As gobibo is not entertaining any customers with existing bookings on your call center number .Nor your executives try to reply back to my mails and refund request or keeping the tickets

Worlds worst company goibibo. I was 10 years old customer og goibibo they always giving booking in hotel and hotel directly denies for checkin these happens so many times with goibibo also customer care representative not responding and taking in sleeping way not giving answer have to ask them 3-4 times also refund or alternate hotel not provided please dont go with goibibo.

I have been searching for customer care for two days to talk but you just send a link and that didn't work at all,
I Preetam booked a bus ticket on 8 December from Delhi to Katra GOBUSAND942B9B5C12 I was charged Rs1783 net amount. I was looted by the bus manager. He had canceled the bus, not my ticket and he told me in the evening that the bus is not going, you look your means, and then he stopped picking up my phone call.
I searched for other customer care numbers but no response from anyone. I was stuck mid-way so I had to go by another bus. You will also find in the ticket that there is no bus number if you track my message with your data.You will find that my trip has been done but actual there is no bus existing that has completed my trip for that I have paid.I need my money back. I have received a message with the boarding location but not the bus number. That was the trick he played. All my money went in vain, it was an emergency. I had an exam the next day and I had not appeared and due to your service, I was faced with a problem.
1. If the bus was canceled why was it shown on the goibibo page?
2. If the bus was canceled why did my ticket not get canceled?
3. Why your customer care did not work?
I need my money back. I have not traveled with a bus that was booked by goibibo. Your service had the worst impact on my life.
