In confirm ticket my child's name written as Prabhat Ranjan dutta.it should be Medha Dutta. when we are trying to cancel the ticket, it is showing the name of 4 people instead of 5 so we can't continue the cancellation process. How do we correct it?

Dont Use Goibibo, customer care us-8927-693-791 very poor stervice and fake site i m book train tikcet with goibibo and all steps follow and book tikcet and last me tikcet cancell ho gaya and refund bhi nahi aya abhi tak or sab se badi bat10 seat available thi train me or book bhi nahi hui or refund me bhi time lag raha hai very bad service (Poor Service) next time i m not used his site
