    Dear goibibo
    I m very sorry to say that.i was booking hotel centuary grand at ghaziabad from 17 to 19 sep.from yr side.when I was reach hotel then hotel was denied to provide room he says I my contract was cancelled with goibibo from last 15 days.and also was talk to goibibo customer care then he was unable to any help.all the communication by u
    on mobile recorded voice is with us.and yesterday I was received tax invoice bill from your side.how it is possible.now I m going to take a legal action against u.

    , I have to call the room service Goibibo customer helpline number.9123603551to again on the TV.There was no kettle for tea coffee in the room. In short if you are assuming to enter a hotel, u will get a lodge. Very pathetic experience. Overall service was very poor.

    I spent almost goibibo helpline number,08391-82-3606 contacting you people via website chat and phone!!
    Most of the time this number is not reachable or couldn't identify the 10 digit number while booking. When I got contacted it says we have long queue so can't support!
    While cancelling the tickets from the website it prompted to call 24*7 support phone.

    I'm really frustrated from the support I got from Goibibo which was worst then Jet Airways where they almost closing down.

    Now what I want is to first know how much cancellation refund I get and later to cancel the ticket.

    I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi in jhelum express on 21st march. I payed extra amount of 747 Rs so that if my ticket will be canceled than i will get 3x amount of 1700 which was ticket price.     The worst ever goibibo customer service. 75O1O 2O92O My money was deducted but it shows no bookings done. No other way to talk to a customer care person.
