    Respected SIr / Ma'am,

    This is Mohd Faisal from Meerut (UP West) having Airtel prepaid connection no. +91-9557629929 I lost my Lenovo K-4 Note Cell phone on 4/09/2017 evening immediately i have made FIR and on 5/9/2017 i went to near by Airtel outlet with my Aadhar card and copy of FIR to re-issue the same number. But to unknown reason they asked me to visit main outlet reason they told may be there server is down. So i went to Main Outlet (Shop No 1 & 2, Om Plaza, Begum Bridge Road, Opposite Ganga Plaza,Meerut) i follow all the procedures they asked but the system is showing some error. I asked the staff what is the reason they told what we can do system is not taking it. It is showing some error. I demand that from my side all the documents are available either you give me valid reason or issue me New Sim card. At last they asked me to wait for 2 days as one of the person told that he will send mail to his senior regarding the issue.Even after 2 days they are unable to process it and they have no valid reason.Then i went to Zonal Office (A-297,Rd Number 1,Radha Garden,Ganga Nagar,Meerut,UP) but there also no one respond to my query even i was not allowed to meet anyone they only convey message through Security guard that visit any outlet this cannot be done from here. If Zonal office cannot solve the issue of there customers and even outlets does not have any valid proof so for what reason did Airtel had kept them. I did not expect this type of service from Airtel.
    Hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please look into this matter and resolve my issue. I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

    Sir,
    it has been a horrible experiences of using your sim for the last months. I have been not able to use the data at all in my phone. if you provide me the data for five minutes for the next five hours you disconnect it. i suppose to use 1Gb data per day and i am unable to use even 10 MB data per day due to no connection.
    therefore i request u to sort out the problems as early as possible, because it affects my work very badly
    and if you can't rectify my problems with regard to your sim i may have to the higher authorities...

    From last 2 months I m trying to convert my airtel postpaid number 7300990999 into prepaid but airtel store was not doing that they are not sending id to the concerned department I had also complained regarding this to zsm,tsm and other authorities but besides than that on one is willing to do their work not only this they had lost my id 3 times and I had to pay bills 3 times cos of their negligence of work.when I enquired about my id then they are telling me that they had burnt all id,also they had accepted that they are not sending id cos they have to answer for it.i don’t understand when airtel is not able to provide services to customers than y r they running this company.

    This is so disheartening and disgraceful to see the reaction of your team with your such a valuable customer. I am holding Airtel No. 07259209840 on my name since last 08 years and continue using it since than.

    However in recent time, i started receiving such obnoxious messages from you team that my airtel no. services will be terminated because i am not using it.

    Matter of fact, I am constantly using my no.
    Even recharging my no. as and when i have requirements.
    doing outgoing calls / receiving incoming calls too.

    than what makes your team to send such stupefied message on my no. continuously that my no. will be stop by airtel in few days.
    Further, To my surprise, when i tried to get in touch with Customer Care team, they are completely clueless and look amazingly idiot while handling my query.

    Do you have a skilled team?
    Do you have any concern for your valued customer?
    if not, than it wont take much to port my number on some other service provider.

    I never seen such ignorance and unprofessional-ism in service industry. its so disgrace to see the response of entire Airtel Team.
    I will take my concern to regulatory body (TRAI) for certainly to teach your team a proper lesson that how to deal with customer.

    Looking forward to hear from your end to resolve my issue on priority..

    Hi Team,

    Would like to tell you i am facing again and again same kind off issue where your customer service ignore my problems of signal issue and when i call for complaining, then they said my no detail isn't available and my call also transfer in Gujarat help line or disconnect my calls every time.
    Hance one off your team member called me in his personal 9724119492 to know my problem but that guy was also disconnect my call without any resolution.

    Same thing i highlighting with (TRAI)and your corporate team as well. but still i am not getting any support from your side.

    Please help to close this as soon as possible.
