Every day ₹5 is been deducting from my balance and I am getting message that thank you for downloading sports from one97 you have been charged 5 rupees but I did not have download ed anything then I called 53111 but it was showing invalid number so I SMS 53111 but the message was not sending.i want my money back

Tried to book railway ticket on 18/12/2020 at 14:18 hrs through IRCTC Connect App. Tried to make payment through your payment gate way. Although OTP was received but payment could not be made due to some technical issue from your end.I tried twice and total Rs.821.36 (Rs.410.68 x 2) was debited from my credit card account. BUT NO RESERVATION WAS DONE OR TICKET WAS GENERATED. Therefore, you are requested to refund the amount immediately.

They asked my parent that they have to pay 10 rupees as initial token and remaining has to be paid later and they have instructed to install a APP called “ Auto forward SMS to PC” in the phone using play store.

They asked my parent that they have to pay 10 rupees as initial token and remaining has to be paid later and they have instructed to install a APP called “ Auto forward SMS to PC” in the phone using play store.
My parents without knowing did the instruction provided by the fraud guy. Then they requested to tell the debit card details to them. Without knowingly my parent gave the debit card details and then they started to take money from my parent’s accounts.
