    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Tried to book railway ticket on 18/12/2020 at 14:18 hrs through IRCTC Connect App. Tried to make payment through your payment gate way. Although OTP was received but payment could not be made due to some technical issue from your end.I tried twice and total Rs.821.36 (Rs.410.68 x 2) was debited from my credit card account. BUT NO RESERVATION WAS DONE OR TICKET WAS GENERATED. Therefore, you are requested to refund the amount immediately.
