I am continuous face network speed problem. I am complaining many time in airtel customer care but not solve my problem. Pls solve as soon as possible.

Good evening sir mai rakesh bat kr raha hu mai airtel ka regular customer hu maera mob no 8595055650 hai is numbers ka bill payment krne ke bad bi number ko chali nahi keya gaya hai aap hi bate kaha complain keya jaye keyou ki sector 18 wale store mai dhandhali chal raha hai sector 18 mai custmer ko misuses keya gaa raha hai ye no posped mai hai

My case for refund of balance of Rs 124/-in my broadband account No. 01145751708_dsl and refund of Rs 500/- for the modem taken from my residence as well as refund (dont know the amount as papers are not available-it is long time) of security deposited at the time of taking connection in March 2010 is pending with airtel for a long time.The connection was disconnected in March and Modem taken by Mr. Lucky, airtel agent on 16 July 19 on the promise that a cheque for Rs 500/- will be sent to me within 7-10 days.Grateful for your intervention and help. 1) I was holding Airtel Mobile connection number - 9810547287 in my name
2) Through oversight while making payment of bill of Rs 2219.02 of the said Mobile number , I remitted to Airtel USD 3120.87 ( equivalent INR Rs 221902.00 ) on 14.09.2019
Through my American Express Credit Card .
3) The said amount I.e. RS 221902.00 has been received by Airtel as confirmed by them
Vide their mail dated 14.09.2019 . My transaction Id is 74220.
4) Thus I have remitted excess amount of Rs 219682.98 .
5) I now request you to refund Rs 219682.98 to my Savings Bank account number
98090100001430 with Bal Bharati Public School , Parwana Road Delhi 34 Branch .
I have attached scanned copy of cancelled cheque of my above Savings Bank account for your ready reference and remittance with mail addressed to 121@in.airtel.com dated 16.09.2019
6) I have already sent a mail to this effect to 121 @in.airtel.com on 14.09.2019
7) I have attached screen shot certifying remittance of USD 3120.87 for your ready reference with above mail dated 16.09.2019.

I would like to inform you that I have not been getting INTERNET CONNECTION in my office at D Block Okhla Phase-1 for the last 10 days in my Mobile No. 9650337704.
But as soon as I left my office area and reach my office, Internet is working as before. What is the reason?
Please help me to restore the internet in the office as I am facing lot of problems for NO INTERNET.
Hope I will get your help and take necessary steps to solve the issue.
