    I am very sad with your network there is not available 4G network and I am suffering from this problem since last one week. I am using upgraded 4G Postpaid network, I talked with Airtel executive 4 time but problem not resolved. They sent only setting and saying that it will resolve after this setting which is attached below. If problem will not be resolve I will change network after 3 months into network.
    This is inform to you also I (paid each)

    I think I am fool who is using your network if you will do better for me than I will happy otherwise don't need to advertise in any social site network that your services are better than other.

    Please resolve if you have any solution otherwise ask to everyone who is using Airtel network and suggest them to change their network.

    (Vodafone is better but I med mid mi I changed Vodafone beqyaz VAS added )

    More than 15 days lapsed.
    Their network is very poor.Not refunding back my amt.for providing no service.
    All are sleeping with no response.Irritating & harrassement too from their side.

    My father have a prepaid connection no 9871287499 when he got this airtel connection with life time validity. His age is 83 years old he shocked to see the sms send by your company AD-AIRGNF DT 23/11/2018 TIME 12:29 PM In this message shows Airtel!Pack validity for airtel no 9871287499 will expire in 2 days & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC Or more for continue services. Few minutes back I had called to your costumer care no 198 discussion with Mr Amit Mishra as he told his name he says if you recharge Rs35 than you have outgoing services when I told him my balance is more than Rs300. He says what ever it is without recharge Of Rs35 you couldn't have outgoing facility if recharge Rs35 you can avail outgoing facility for validit for 28 days after every time you have to recharge to avail outgoing call facility other wise it will stop.
    I feel your company is deceiving us. When you sell your connection scheme is for life time validity now suddenly send sms to us for expire of. Validity. When told him to registered my complaint for the same he refused and told me I couldn't registered your complaint our company didn't allow me and I will could not not msg you a complaint number .Our family have 6 connections of airtel after today's msg send by your company for expiry of validity for outgoing services we all of them shocked. Resolve this problem of expire validity.

    Dear sir,
    I am using above mentioned all nos. since long time .I am facing network issue since last year and made so many complaint to cc and senior official many times and not network is shown at my residence even engineer has been visited 4 time and check and confirm that here is no network.
    airtel team promised me at starting with in three month tower would be installed and am waiting for three month but no result at the outcome and network problem as earlier am tried so many times but no resolution regarding network .
    Than I decided to port out no.out of three nos one no 912580597 has been port out.
    I gave request to closing the no. 9870215001 on 25th nov. still as on date it is not closed and generating bill every month. which is not expected as am not using this no.since 25th bnov why I should pay bill after giving closing request so many times .
    when I called cc I came to know that still no is not close that is why bill is generating and I haveto pay bill if I want to close this no even I have not used since 25th nov.
    it is requested you please look in this matter.

    We already visit your store Indirapuram, they cannot help me regarding this subject & said this is fraud. we purchase a hot spot as per your call centre offering me this scheme & send the person handed over me this hot spot (receipt attached for you reference) . So many time we send to you mail & every time your person call me & tell your matter solved with in 48 hrs & 72 hrs. but till date you don't solved the problem.Its mean your offer is fraud OR misguide by call centre to customer.
