I have a Moto E xt1022 handset. There is some problem in my handset. This set is very less used by me. It was good, but during whatsapp message sending, it was hanged and I forcefully shut it down. After that when I re-on the set only icons were showing without its name written at bottom of the icon. Then I have again shut it down. After that the set is not opening nor showing its home page. Before going to completely dead my handset, when i had plug in by charger to charged the handset, LED started glowing continuously. This was very strange and it never happened before. I took the charger out and the LED went off. I tried to power it on but nothing happened. Whenever i connected the charger, its LED started glowing continuously. This happened 4-5 times before going to completely dead. Now situation is, it is not able to power on. I want to check my handset properly by motorolla technical expert to find out the exact problem & its solution. I want to send my handset to your service center by courier. I have collected your contact details from Motorolla customer help service. Please send a line of confirmation to check my handset at your service centre [Hcl - Rohini (Delhi)
