My lenovo mobile is not working

I have purchased lenovo vibe k5 from amazon in February 2017.The IMEI number is 864093030766372. After a month
it started giving problem of charging. When i went to rohini, delhi lenovo
service center they charge 200 rupees for charging slot replacement citing
the reason that there is a chemical problem in charging slot.
And there was lot of people who have same chemical problem and they are
charging 200 from each even after the product is in warranty period. And
they doesn't provide any reciept for that. I want to know how is it
possible that there is same Chemical problem in all lenovo phones. It shows
there is definitely some manufacturing defect in lenovo phones..
After few days of repair it started giving charging and software problem.
Again i went to service center now they said there is a motherboard problem
which will cost you 5000 rupees. I don't get it repaired, who will repair!
By paying 5000 rupees. I think The staff has made full planning to make
people fool.
Sir what should i now. Should i go for consumer court or make police
complaint?
Sir please resolve these issues as soon as possible

Your agent called me on yesterday for telling that you can take your phone, it is ok from our side.
And when I visited the Lenovo Service Center ta take back my phone, they lost my back cover and also said that we had not taken your back cover.
Before giving the reply of this complain, kindly see the CCTV Footage of me to see the reality.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible and provide my complete phone with back cover.
I hope that you can understand this situation and take the necessary action for solving this issue as soon as possible.
on 22nd september 2014 at around 12.30pm kindly tell me that how much time it will take to get it checked because as my work is lacking v much so please tell me the current status of my phone as i am trying to call on your mentioned no. many times but there is no response . either you inform on my particular no which i mentioned in your sheet please its urgent

I want to get repair my moto g4 plus and i came to this service centre, as it is a service centre for both lenovo and motorola, when the guard asked me which phone and i told him moto g4 plus, he told me that this phone will not get repaired at this service centre.If problem cannot be solved then y this service centre is opened here
