SIR MY PHONE LENOVO K4NOTE I HAVE GIVE THIS PHONE ON 16TH AUG 2016 AND TODAY IS 1ST SEP ATLEAST 15DAY AGO AND I DID NOT GET ANY REPLY FROM THE COMPANY MY SERVICE ORDER NO IS SOIN231201608160048 IF I DID NOT GET MY PHONE WITHIN 3-4 DAYS I WILL COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER COURT.

I have bought Lenovo Vibe K4 Note from online retailer on 29th april.. It was working very well, but from last months its getting heated whenever plugged with charger, I have been facing a swithed on off problem also some times camera has not been working, so i did restart to check its works or not. but after choosing restart option, phone got hanged only LENOVO logo is appears.Than i visited the rohini sec-3 service center. There I wasted my 3 working hours to check & submit the Phone for repair. The service is so pathetic, is this customer responsibility to ask again and again from service person what is the problem in phone. After asking and requesting they replied me that your phone motherboard must be change. It's 5 days nobody confirms the status of repairing. I have tried many times to call but always phone is busy.
