    I have serviced my i10 era on 16 th March -15 but before service no noise in my i10 . But after service some noise in my I10. But nobody is interested to solve my problem. I already met before two days. So pls help me and sorted out my problem.

    Dear all,
    I had serviced my car i10 era GJ1 RA 7337 in your sindhubhavan workshop on dated 16.7.15 invoice no B201507258. I had paid coolant charges but coolant not filled by your workshop worker. Today I checked level found below low level.
    After facing this problem I doubt engine oil and gear oil replace or not.
    Please reply why this happened other wise I complain in grahak suraksha.

    My name is Dr. Jesal S. Patel and my car number is GJ1 KA 7784, I 20, Asta. I have given my car to Concept Hyundai, Thaltej for service 30 days back. I am their regular customer. They always call and tell me about the problems of the car. I give the car to them for repair. I never checked what they do and frequently pay them a big amount. You can check the bills. This time when I gave my car, the AC of my car was working. When I took delivery of the car they didn't say that AC is not working. On the way back when I started the AC, it was not working. So I complained to Mr. Sanjay Kosthi. He told me that by mistake the fuse might not be attached and they will repair it. So I gave it back to them. After a day he called me and told that the compressor and coil needs to be changed and I have to pay Rs. 40000 for that. How is it possible?? I told him to give my car back in the condition that I gave them before service. They disagree to do so.
    I want justice. This is a pure case of cheating. I am thinking to go to media and customer care to complain about this. What should I do??
    Please reply my query. Customer care officer Mr. Khushal also refused to respond to my complain. They frequently call and ask for money. They are harassing me by doing so. They are also wasting my time and money. I am without my car for last 30 days. Please do the needful.

    Hello my self maulik patel bearing hyundai verna fludic car no=gj 01 Rd 6660. I buy this car on October 2013.i have an issue with stering side I took external warranty to solve this problem. This October my warranty gonna complete in 7 days max. I gave this car in concept hyundai(sindhu bhavin road,ahmedabad) many times for this issue. But company are not going to solve this problem. they changed stering assembly and colum but still there coming same problem from stering side.my stering problem is so ridiculous I can't drive my car properly. . . And company are not giving proper response to me. . .its still in warranty though.
    I put my car in company for many days and they r not giving proper response and not doing there job properly and in replace I asked for courtesy car. . .they r rejecting my word and says they cannot provide. So this many days I am without car and I must travelling through autorikshaw.
    So I have to mail u Sir,please co-operate with me and as soon as possible resolve this problem. . . I am facing many problem with this issue.and my contact no is.9558935611.

    My car was sent for Service on 29th March 2017, It is Excent, Blue colour.


    Car received after 8.30 pm and this is not a problem at all as it was conveyed to me.


    But I could not check vehicle at that time as it is dark.


    Morning I found


    1. One long scratch on left side , which was not there when car was give. Very Small scracth was there.


    2. Also Next day I read Advt. in the Newspaper from Hyndai that 10% discount will be provided , which is not provided.


    3. Car is stopped when we change the gear


    4. From your company a girl phoned for Feed=back of service and I have explained her. She said she will ask some to call back and no call till date.
