    I am Shreyasi Kanchanlal Parikh


    Staying at Nehrunagar.


    My car was sent for Service on 29th March 2017, It is Excent, Blue colour.


    Car received after 8.30 pm and this is not a problem at all as it was conveyed to me.


    But I could not check vehicle at that time as it is dark.


    Morning I found


    1. One long scratch on left side , which was not there when car was give. Very Small scracth was there.


    2. Also Next day I read Advt. in the Newspaper from Hyndai that 10% discount will be provided , which is not provided.


    3. Car is stopped when we change the gear


    4. From your company a girl phoned for Feed=back of service and I have explained her. She said she will ask some to call back and no call till date.
