    My name is Dr. Jesal S. Patel and my car number is GJ1 KA 7784, I 20, Asta. I have given my car to Concept Hyundai, Thaltej for service 30 days back. I am their regular customer. They always call and tell me about the problems of the car. I give the car to them for repair. I never checked what they do and frequently pay them a big amount. You can check the bills. This time when I gave my car, the AC of my car was working. When I took delivery of the car they didn't say that AC is not working. On the way back when I started the AC, it was not working. So I complained to Mr. Sanjay Kosthi. He told me that by mistake the fuse might not be attached and they will repair it. So I gave it back to them. After a day he called me and told that the compressor and coil needs to be changed and I have to pay Rs. 40000 for that. How is it possible?? I told him to give my car back in the condition that I gave them before service. They disagree to do so.
    I want justice. This is a pure case of cheating. I am thinking to go to media and customer care to complain about this. What should I do??
    Please reply my query. Customer care officer Mr. Khushal also refused to respond to my complain. They frequently call and ask for money. They are harassing me by doing so. They are also wasting my time and money. I am without my car for last 30 days. Please do the needful.
