    I submitted my vehicle hyundai getz DL4CAG6705 on 20th night and I was told excel of the same has to be changed but till today 24th noone has any clue when it can be available and noone is even caring to even answer my queries.

    Hi,

    I have been misled by the service adviser at Himgiri Hyundai Dilshad Garden Center. I came for car servicing(Car number DL7CL3810) on 27/06/2015. The adviser told me that the labor and service charges would be Rs.1355 and the rest would all be parts cost that would be included. And the final bill that came out was Rs.12750 for Hyundai i10, which is completely unacceptable .
    Going through the bill, I found out that there was a total of Rs.6700 Service and Labor charges and around Rs.6000 parts/material costs. This was the worst experience I had there. I waited for almost 30-40mins before I am being served there. And when I was giving low points on the feedback form, the adviser requested me to please not do that, the Hyundai people may call you because of bad feedback. I did not do anything and have decided to complain through this forum .
    1) The customer feedback forms are modified because the service adviser insists the customer and requests them to give good feedback . I am being misled and the adviser kept me waiting for long.
    2) The service bill was very high . I never expected the service and labor charges to be around Rs.6700(total bill Rs. 12750) for Hyundai i10. I will never recommend anyone to buy any Hyundai car. And I will never come and visit the showroom service of Hyundai . The service adviser are always there to loot the customer instead of providing good service .

    Please get me a good solution to the above complaint or else I may take this complaint to another level .

    My car nu. Dl3cal5331. Few days back i visit Hyundai himgiri shoowroom for changing my cooling panel. After tht i got a call from himgiri tht ru stratified with our services. i said no because when u delivered my car its all dirty. Then ths lady on call said tht sir pls visit our shoowroom again i will resolve ur problem.

    On 13/8/2016 when i visit shoowroom again for washing. They said sir there is no complaint from ur side related washing we can't wash ur car.

    Its tht a joke with someone to call and after he visit they say they cant vry bad service on Hyundai himgiri car.service station on dilshad garden

    I booked a car on 28/12/16 Hyundai xcent.
    I paid my all due amount already and submitted all documents but still I didn't get any delivery information when excutive (Neeraj)will deliver my car.
    From the beginning he saying he will deliver my car with gps but now he denied

    I got my Hyundai i10's *Reg no. DL 7C L 3222* service from your showroom dated: 9/07/2017

I am somehow not satisfied from the service that you provided and have suffered through a lot. 3 days back, I faced the leakage of coolant and I showed it at your showroom immediately. Your service executive looked into the matter and solved it, but a day after I faced the same problem. My car stopped working in between a jam, I showed it to a roadside mechanic. He told me that the radiator has got jammed, due to which the car is overheating. And, according your service bills, you have removed and fixed the radiator. Even a roadside mechanic has got more sense and knowledge than yours. And I feel like regretting myself that I chose your service. Atleast 10 of my known people get their cars serviced from your service station, and now I'll make sure that they won't make such mistake. Stop cheating your customers and start doing some quality work.

    Hello sir,
    This is regarding the reverse camera fitted by your Company i.e Himgiri Hyundai in my car Hyundai Creta under Registration number DL 5CP 1650.
    I want to show your work that have you done in properly. It always Shows the Blue screen.
    All of the wiring done by your company wasn’t proper and the wires were connected in an inappropriate way.
    It wasn't scotch blocked.
    Is this the standard of you guys in treating your customers even after taking whole of the money asked by you guys?
    I want that Camera to be replaced and the other benefits should be given to me.

    My i20 music system not working properly and your service person said that we will exchange this in 3 or 4 days but now it’s been a 2 weeks and no one taking it seriously. Daily they said sir it will take 2 or 3 days more but no one taking action that ensure me that system will change.
