    Hi,

    I have been misled by the service adviser at Himgiri Hyundai Dilshad Garden Center. I came for car servicing(Car number DL7CL3810) on 27/06/2015. The adviser told me that the labor and service charges would be Rs.1355 and the rest would all be parts cost that would be included. And the final bill that came out was Rs.12750 for Hyundai i10, which is completely unacceptable .
    Going through the bill, I found out that there was a total of Rs.6700 Service and Labor charges and around Rs.6000 parts/material costs. This was the worst experience I had there. I waited for almost 30-40mins before I am being served there. And when I was giving low points on the feedback form, the adviser requested me to please not do that, the Hyundai people may call you because of bad feedback. I did not do anything and have decided to complain through this forum .
    1) The customer feedback forms are modified because the service adviser insists the customer and requests them to give good feedback . I am being misled and the adviser kept me waiting for long.
    2) The service bill was very high . I never expected the service and labor charges to be around Rs.6700(total bill Rs. 12750) for Hyundai i10. I will never recommend anyone to buy any Hyundai car. And I will never come and visit the showroom service of Hyundai . The service adviser are always there to loot the customer instead of providing good service .

    Please get me a good solution to the above complaint or else I may take this complaint to another level .
