    Would like to share my bad experience with the representatives I had spoken to,in past couple of hours name Pragya not helpful at all she said I will transfer your call to the concern person but she hung up on me.and Priyanka only pretends to help but good for nothing I requested to provide hans owner’s cell number or his/her email I’d so that I can communicate and can let him know what kind of service they are providing to their customers they didn’t provided I’m writing this to let the concern person know I will rate down Hans Hyundai star rating.

    I went to Moti Nagar Huyndai showroom on persistent calls from them.To my surprise no body came to attend me for half an hour ostensibly seeing my small I10 car though they have an army of servicemen.I felt that they were eager to attend to bigger and expensive cars.If that is the attitude why should they remind servicing of cars in the first place.I felt slighted and took my car without any further act.To my horror I found that no body cared or stopped when I drove out.

    Dear All,
    This is regarding repair of my Hyundai Creta no HR51 BR7834, would like to share my experience and you have to tell me why I should send my car and my other car at this workshop.
    My car was giving some problem and I called your customer care yesterday 14th Sep 2020 to get my car picked. I was told the car will be picked at 11 am but the driver Mr Dilip came at 2 pm. In between this I kept on calling but no response.
    Finally the car got picked and i had to call again after one hour if the car has reached and who will be handling this complaint. Then Mr Gaurav was assigned and he called me and explained me and even said he will update on the delivery time and real problem by end of day. I kept on waiting till 5 pm but didn’t received any call. Finally I called at 5:30 pm but his phone was switched off.. may be had left for the day.
    Then today again I called him but he did not have any update. Because Job card was not even opened. Job card was opened at 11:30 am. During this whole day I kept on calling and asking for updates.. I was told car will be delivered today or he will update me if there is any delay. But till
    Now there is no update.. This is bizzare.. I wanted to complain to Hyundai directly since I am their very old customer and never faced any issue!! I will not be sending any of my vehicle at your workshop for any work..
    Please get this corrected and I need a reply on this. Else I will be taking this matter to Hyundai directly

    For complaining regarding bookings cancellation refund by PARDEEP KUMAR:

    I had booked all new creata from hans hyundai moti nagar on 21/07/2020 with Rs.10000. But due to my personal reasons i cancelled the booking on 23/08/2020 they told me that the refund will done in 40 to 45 days but it was like 4 to 5 months I didn’t get my refund and in this duration I visited branch 3 to 4 time they always make lame excuse and the staff is not cooperative to customers. Yesterday i call to the sales man regarding this he told me to wait for 1 more month.I want strict action regarding this and help me to get back my refund as soon as possible.
