    Dear All,
    This is regarding repair of my Hyundai Creta no HR51 BR7834, would like to share my experience and you have to tell me why I should send my car and my other car at this workshop.
    My car was giving some problem and I called your customer care yesterday 14th Sep 2020 to get my car picked. I was told the car will be picked at 11 am but the driver Mr Dilip came at 2 pm. In between this I kept on calling but no response.
    Finally the car got picked and i had to call again after one hour if the car has reached and who will be handling this complaint. Then Mr Gaurav was assigned and he called me and explained me and even said he will update on the delivery time and real problem by end of day. I kept on waiting till 5 pm but didn’t received any call. Finally I called at 5:30 pm but his phone was switched off.. may be had left for the day.
    Then today again I called him but he did not have any update. Because Job card was not even opened. Job card was opened at 11:30 am. During this whole day I kept on calling and asking for updates.. I was told car will be delivered today or he will update me if there is any delay. But till
    Now there is no update.. This is bizzare.. I wanted to complain to Hyundai directly since I am their very old customer and never faced any issue!! I will not be sending any of my vehicle at your workshop for any work..
    Please get this corrected and I need a reply on this. Else I will be taking this matter to Hyundai directly
