I bouqht in May 2017 P7 model(Gionee) but the battery is swollen up and consequent upon that suddenly the hand set turn off and also some unnatural behaviour I noticed. Pl sort out the problem.

I am a consumer of Gionee A1 mobile, I am tired repeatedly going to gionee service center with my mobile problems. They are solving my problems but anther problems are occurring and last time I complained 3 problems but one is solved and others are not solved, most important point is, after last service by burdwan service center anther 2 problems are added in my mobile. Please do need full steps as soon as possible. And please solve my problems.
