Hi... I have given my phone for servicing on 27 july in gionee care in lake town.. at time of submission dey said me i ll get my phone after 10 or 15 days.. but due to some reason d part is not available and it is delayed.. i have called in gionee care on 18 aug dey said me to call on 24 augv.. still d part was not available .. and today when i spoke to customer care people dey said i ll get my phone on 25 September.. my concern is dat i want my phone back asap.. plz make d part available.. so day i can get my phone back early

- Automatic screen changing
- No ring tone or audible volume
- discontinuity in charging
after four hours of time the set had been delivered back on completion of job as said and on paid
charges RS.387.But on observation it was found that actually jobs are not completed only operating
software reinstall and charging port has replaced instead.Hence again they received back the set and
finally concluded on 30/08/2018 that problem is in motherboard which may cost same as a new set thus
insisted to take back as it is hence surrendered and returned the set ultimately on 30/08/2018.Presently the set is not getting charged thus no use.It could have been detected in one shot so that user money and time in
multiple visit should not waste.This kind of service not acceptable from a company like Gionee,this has
happened only because of incompetent technician you have engaged which may cost in loosing your
business reputation in long term.User should not bear the cost at the fault of yours.Already three
times visited your service works in this connection.So now you please arrange to collect the set and
rectify forthwith unless otherwise there will be no option to us but to take legal action.

My Gionee P max set was running fine, until recently Isee that when someone is making calls to me they are mostly diverted to someone else phone number. Sometimes the callers are getting no sound. Please do the needful that I can enjoy the calls as previous.
