Sir/madam,
I want to purchase a new battery for my gionee p7 handset, so when I contact by phone with technocare which is situated at jadhavpur opposite of South city mall, they told me that they will not able to provide me the warranty for any new battery.
If service center not be able to provide the warranty for new buying items, why customers purchasing products from service center?

Sir, I used a Gionee F9 Plus handset from July, 2020 to still now. But recently I faced a problem. When I use data then an international call automatic going on (2/3 times in a day), but I can't see any no. Then if any person call me, he can't hear any voice of me, but I hear. When I off my phone, and on then it is in normal mode. I faced this problem last 3/4 months. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
