On Dt 03-06-2019 purchase New Split Ac 1.5 Ton & got a confirmation that On 04-06-2019 Engineer will Visit & Install The Ac In Home. ( Ref No- 19060306409)
Till Today No One will report for install the Ac. Regular we are follow up & even call to Call Centre assurance given but Nothing Happen.
Is This type of service Voltas Is Providing to End User.
We paid for your product & suffering in this Peak Season Of Delhi Summer. We are the Exesesting Customer of Voltas retain again keep in mind the Product performance Only.
If Such service will provide will think in future….
Hope will take action on this matter soon.

we have raised the request for servicing air conditioner on 05-Apr-22 , after that date we have tried to connect your customer care , branch email officials but till date we have not got any confirmation , need urgent intervention on the same else will escalate this issue to higher management

We purchased Voltas AC on 27 April 2022. Till date installation not done.
Your service manager also useless inthis regards and says our service agent will fix in corridor only, they will not to fix in outside. If you install other than the other uses service team, we are not all responsible for further service and warranties. We stayed in apartment 3rd floor. I am also ex-employee in the prestigious organization. But I can't expect irresponsible persons are in the organaization.

I have purchased voltas split ac on 13 march 2022.The unit is installed on 23 April 2022 and from the same day itself noise was coming in the outdoor unit, apparently the condensor fan was touching somewhere to the condensor body. The service person told that the same will disappear after sometime and is ok. The same problem persists and i requested a service complain on 2 may for the same. No body came till date despite complaing 3 times on voltas tollfree customer care.
I request voltas service group to resolve my problem at the earliest.

We Pujya Sindhi Central Pancyat Jaipur has purchased a water cooler for cold drinking water for public and installed at Sindhu Sagar Bhawan, 17 Kumbha Marg, Pratap Nagar Jaipur. After 15 days Water Cooler was not cooling water and we have complained for replacement but after 2 months has elapsed Neither Water Cooler has replaced nor cooperating by your local Dealer/Mr. Sanjay Gupta Voltas People. It is not only shameful for us but injustice for People of our Samaja and people residing nearby installed Water Cooler and drinking hot water in summer days.
You are requested to please take immediate action otherwise we have left no other alternate to viral the video in social, electronic media for poor services of Voltas and recommend to people that NOT TO BUY VOLTAS PRODUCT AS SERVICES OF VOLTAGE IS VERY VERY POOR.

Serial Number: 4011379B21FC12911). Sir my concern is since march I have raised so many request for Ac service and Swing machine is noising badly, nobody is responded. After so many times TO call customer care, guys came last month for service, and told us he raised request for change swing machine and re-installation. Because of water drain flow is not proper. filled water inside Ac and when we do start noise comes like waterfall in side Ac. And now it is in under warranty but after one month when it will be out of warranty. on that time if I get any major issue and electric fault inside Ac due to reason of waterfalling. who will be responsible, people are purchasing a brand items and expecting for best service. But after see all that conditions now I am regretting and feeling that was my wrong decision to purchase Voltas. I am requesting you to kindly short out my problem or get it back as soon as possible.

Hi Team,
This mail is in regards to the AC purchased on 2nd Feb, 2024.
We had purchase Voltas split ac 1.5 ton on the mentioned date. Despite calling multiple times till today our AC has not been installed.
Every time we call the service centre they talk so rudely to us and after 1 call they stop responding to us.
Yesterday dated 9th Feb, 2024 the technician called but due to official meeting we could not answer the call. Within 10 min we called him back and again as usual he stopped responding. Till today 5 technicians have been changed by the service centre.
This is so humiliating and harrasing to us. Such a pathetic experience was not expected from voltas.
How can you expect the customer to beg for installation and then your people show such attitude to us.
Kindly let me know how to raise a complaint as the customer care number for voltas is also so pathetic we cannot even connect to a representative to talk to and just suffer that we purchased your product.
We need a response within 24hrs or else we would escalate this matter to higher authority.
