Hi… I have requested for washing machine repair about 5days on repeated calls today I have been told to wait for another 5days or else get it fixed locally by a KORYO service person named not known as the we don’t have a spare as of now then he not picking my phone form last 7 day machine part he changed but washing machines still not working and your employee not picking phone I attached all document as per given me slip of parts his number is 9559313332 please resolve my problem other wise I complain in consumer rights.
