    Staffs misbehaviour & non-cooperation in regard to exchange within stipulated time by Namrata Tomar:

    I have been a regular customer of P C Jwellers. Last year we bought a diamond ring from your Wright Town, Jabalpur outlet.

    This year we had purchased an ornament (tops) from you outlet at Wright Town, Jabalpur on 16th Jul' 2015 for an amount of 7570/- via Pv. No. 451, which we changed on 19th Jul' 2015 with another tops worth Rs. 8285/-.

    Simultaneously, on persuasion from your staff we purchased another pair of Tops for Rs. 3820/- on the same day. But due to some problem on wearing it, we intend to change the same yesterday (23/07/2015) for which we went to your store. But the Manager present there (Guy with Spects) behaved very arrogantly & rudely with us & denied for any cooperation regarding the exchange of the tops, which were purchased separately on 19th Jul' 2015, since he gave us one bill for both the ornaments purchased (one exchanged & other purchased). However when we said that he did not inform/guided us that we should take separate bills to avoid any issues in future, he said we should have ourselves asked for it. (How can you expect a customer to automatically know what needs to be done or how bills need to be taken in respect of your policy???????)

    Further he misbehaved with us. Instead of coming to the customer & rendering help himself, he was very very rude. The mannerly way a customer should be treated by P C Jewellers staff, was absent.

    Request you to look into the matter, take action against such a rude staff who need to be made learn the mannerly way to behave with customers & kindly make arrangements to get the ornament (tops) changed.

    Hoping for an earliest positive response from higher officials of P C Jwellers & in absence of the same we shall take up the matter with Consumer Forum.

    URGENT CONCERN- FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY PC JEWELLERS (MALL ROAD, AMRITSAR) by SANDEEP SINGH:

    My name is Sandeep Singh and I went to PC Jewellers in Amritsar (mall road branch) yesterday (10 August 2021) with my brother-in-law namely Dr. Jaspal Singh to buy customized silver coins (10 grams each) 40 - 50 coins.
    Staff namely SONIKA ARORA attended us (her details are attached below for reference).The total price of each coin yesterday was RS 803 (for 40 coins order)including everything (silver price (66 per gram) + customize work charge (rs 3000 in total for 40 coins)+ coin making charges(4.5 per gram) + 3% gst).
    Rs 803 each coin and we paid Rs 25000 advance (PC Jewellers bill attached below) for our order. We asked SONIKA ARORA if we can finalize coins quantity(40 coins or 50 coins) tomorrow i.e 11 August 2021 by Evening.
    She said she can't guarantee the silver price fluctuations but REST OF THE CHARGES WILL REMAIN AS IT IS.

    The silver price yesterday was Rs 66 per gram.
    Today when we went to PC JEWELLERS (on 11 August 2021) the silver price was RS 65 per gram and when we finalized 50 coins order quantity the staff member namely Mr. RAM (I THINK) tried to charge us Rs 854 per coin.
    We told him that Sonika Arora yesterday fixed Rs 803 for each coin with us and today the silver price has fallen Rs 10 per 10 grams (660 yesterday and 650 today)

    So the price should be either 803 each coin or 793 approximately.
    But the attitude of Ram was not helpful, he was trying to fool us moreover his behavior was unbearable. SONIKA ARORA was not at store and she didn't even spoke to us on phone and Mr. Ram was on phone with SONIKA ARORA.
    We gave them justification as well that yesterday we went to KALYAN JEWELLERS OPPOSITE TO PC JEWELLERS IN AMRITSAR AND THERE PRICE WAS 817 PER COIN AND WE PAID 25000 TO PC JEWELLERS BECAUSE THERE PRICE WAS CHEAPER i.e 803.

    I told Ram that I will go to KALYAN JEWELLERS TODAY AND GET THE COIN QUOTATION. I WENT TO KALYAN JEWELLERS AND THERE TODAY'S PRICE FOR EACH COIN WAS 807 BECAUSE THE SIVER FALL RS 10 PER 10 GRAMS.
    Then again I came back to PC Jewellers and shown them KALYAN'S QUOTATION for justification of our price tag but they were not willing to help or listen to customer. Especially Mr. Ram has different attitude or you can say he was trying to be very over smart.

    He said that WE CAN BUY COINS AT A PRICE BAND OF RS 854 EACH OR WE CAN GET A REFUND OF RS 25000 WHICH WE PAID ON 10 AUGUST 2021. EVEN IN REFUND HE SAID WE WILL BE CHARGED 2% TAXES AND OUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED IN ONE WEEK TIME.
    Now long story cut short, I have want to say that ● PC JEWELLERS STAFF IN AMRITSAR IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS.

    ● The staff behavior is beyond customer and company expectations ( -1 customer service by Ram and SONIKA ARORA - they need to be fired from job)

    ● PC JEWELLERS STAFF UNWILLING TO LISTEN AND HELP THE CUSTOMERS AND MOREOVER THEY DOESN'T EVEN CARE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKES.

    ● THEY HARASSED US AND MADE US FEEL GUILTY FOR THEIR OWN FAULT.

    ● THEY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PC JEWELLERS BRAND IMAGE IN MARKET.
    NOW I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND LET ME KNOW THE OUTCOME. I WANT YOU TO REFUND MY RS 25000 IN FULL(NO DEDUCTIONS) WITH AT LEAST 50 % COMPENSATION AND APOLOGIES FROM PC JEWELLERS STAFF.

    I HAVE TO CHOOSE CONSUMER COURT LEGAL SERVICES FOR CHEATING, MISGUIDENCE, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND HARASSMENT I FACED FROM PC JEWELLERS STAFF.

    Complaint against Mixing of brass in gold mangalsutra by Lakshmi Gautam:

    Sir,

    This is one of your customer & I have purchased some jewellery from your Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on 05.07.2021. The jewellery included one Mangalsutra.
    Now, in the month of July,2022 we found that one loop in the chain of the Mangalsutra turned darker in colour. When we visited the Rajouri Garden regarding this issue, the one of your executive in that store was indirectly blaming on Me and my spouse that you may have shown this Mangalsutra to your local Jewellery shop, the shop guy would have tempered your Mangalsutra . We said to executive that why would we have shown to the local jewellery shop, if it was purchased from your store.

    The said Executive still refused to what the PC Jeweller have done with us.

    If we can purchase from store then why would we do such tempering in our own jewellery.

    It is matter of serious concern, and you are requested to kindly look into this matter and take this matter on priority basis as this type of activity does not suits your organisation image.
    From now onwards nobody will trust on ur product,
    PC JEWELLER HAS CHEATED US.
    PC jeweller Selling by mixing brass in the middle of gold in the name of a BRAND.,
    I will not tolerate this kind of cheating in the name of BRAND..
