Respected Sir/Madam,
I Have booked a bulk ticket for 16 persons and due to some problem factor we are unable to travel on that occasion and now I have lost the counter ticket too and I asked Tuticorin railway station they told it not possible and unable to cancel it whats the procedure to process cancellation further it will be very useful for another persons to travel and we also got refund though.

I've book a ticket from kerala to Visakhapatnam but cancelled the ticket on 24-02-2023 and the journey was supposed to be on 26-02-2023. Even though the cancellation has been done two days prior to the travel day the amount hasn't been refunded yet. But the portal shows the amount has been refunded to the bank but there's not refund amount processed into my account so far. It would be helpful if you looked into this issue.

I could not login IRCTC after changing my password I have seated shown bad credentials, I contacted through a phone shown in the site, I felt the person at the other end suspicious one account of the following reasons
1) he asked me to install rest desk and to share,I did it
2) she asked me the registered mobile number, that also I gave
3) she asked me the bank account number and name of the bank to deposit some amount

The travel date was 27 and 28 i cancelled the tkt online nzm-bct and I was about to get around 695 refund. Online there was some option of counter cancellation i used and cancelled the tkt it flashed a msg stating collect the refund from the counter.
I went to same(hdw) counter same crap guy was sitting first a fall he asked us to fill the form which was wrong as we were just inquiring still we filled the form and shown to him informed everything surprised to know that he asked us to go to the nzm station to collect athe refund amount how pathetic !!
Called on customer care number starting with 011 they told it is offline booking so please call on 139 called
