Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in regard to my cancellation of counter ticket PNR No. 835-9810882 fromThane (Vartak Nagar ticket counter) on 29th Nov 2022. I have still not received my refund of Rs. 1545 till date. The payment was made thru UPI so i was told that I will be getting a refund via UPI.
I tried calling 139 from them. I promptly got a complaint reference number and after some time received a message saying that the complaint is closed & refund is done on 27th Nov 2022.
It is insane I have cancelled my ticket on 29th Nov, so how can railway refund me 2 days earlier i.e. on 27th Nov 2022. My complaint was abruptly closed from your end without getting my feedback.
For your information & necessary action please I have attached cancelled ticket photo, rail madad response & my bank statement.
Request for a quick resolution.
