I had booked my gas cylinder on 24th dec2014 and till today it has not bern delivered to us inspite of I following up more than 4 times.this has caused a lot problems as i had to make secondary arrangements for cooking gas. Kindly take strict action against them to avoid future issues.my booking numbet is 209621

I Parmjitsharma s/o pt Ram krishan h/no 333/13 ext.booking gas 24 /9/2017 but not attened the phone 2268390 i have call many time but dated 3/10/2017 not delivered my gas cylinder i have go to the mohan gas service but not delivered my gas clyinder. near about 9 days booking the clyinder.booking no344629.dt/24/9/2017.there fore i complaint against the Negligency of mohan gas service in supply.

Delivery men never carries weighing machine with them . One day When i asked to get it from the vehicle he misbehaved with me .Moreover they always takes extra money(as indicated in receipt)from us.
It's our right to take the cylinder after weighing it. They can not deny it.Its their duty and extra money whether it is not so significant but it is not justified.
Kindly see to it.
