Sir mera naam vikas banick h, mai karnal mai rehta hu mai jb bhi phone karta hu is agency ma to ring hoti pr koi phone nhi uthata hai or humhe bar bar phone karna padta hai or fir achank se phone busy aane lg jata hai or fir phone nhi lgta . Or agency mai gaye to gas book nahi kari kha online hogi booking bt hume online gas booking nhi karni aati to kya kare, sir plz humari help kizia.

but today i have receive a msg that your booking cancelled, why i dnt now.

Bhagwaria Gas Agency is the best example of the organization delivering the worst services in the age of 21st century. No one receives the phone in the agency.It keeps on ringing but the officials there do not pay attention. It seems that no one is bothered about the customer there. If somebody wants to see the highest level of mismanagement then please visit Bhagwaria Gas Agency. I think the agency should not have any column for customer care rather it should have customer botheration column and number. The civil authorities are which issue license to the agencies like Bhagwaria Gas Agency must be held responsible for the grievances of the customer as they take no pain in inspecting the things going on in the agencies like this.I think the solution of all of the aspects of the worst services of this agencies is that we all should stand together now pull our hand out of it and get new connection and write to the higher authorities about this so called professional Gas Agency. Hope you all will be agree with this note. Thanks.

My gas connection number is b11519 and
My distributor is bhagwaria gas agency.further i request you that i have not received any amount of subsidy. I had already depoisted my aadhar card and bank detail in distributor's office. I also visted the karnal office on 27th december 2017 for this issue. But they did not solve this issue.
Please solve my issue and grant me all

Inspite of repeated assurance from the government that home delivery of gas cylinder is made available the above, agency is not serving home delivery to the icar cssri campus which put us in a great trouble. The other agencies of indane in karnal is not providing gas cylinder against an empty cylinder. Requesting to do the needful earliest

Today i got a message on my mobile no 9896956759 for a delivery of a cylinder. I don't have any account in your agency. Someone named as ASHA DEVI has booked a cylinder on my mobile number. I am from panipat. I don't know how illetrate are the workers of agency. They booked that cylinder and even didn't ask for otp. please look into it and I don't want any messages on my mobile number regarding any other customers cylinders. I have nothing to do with this agency. If my mobile number is accidently lined by anybody without otp then deregister it as soon as possible otherwise I will file a complaint against the agency for falsely using my number to deliver cylinder so someoneelse without my permission.
