I, Meena rani, have booked cylinder on 17 July 2015. Cash memo was generated. After some days this booking was automatically get cancelled. Then again I booked it on 28 July 2015. Cash memo again generated. It again get cancelled in 3 days. Then again I booked cylinder on 4 jul. Cash memo again generated. Still I have not recd the cylinder. In the meantime I made 84 phone calls to the agency. Out of which only two were entertained. They assure me the delivery on the very next day. That next day has not come till now. Your phone receiver is always put off the credle. You donor want to entertain the customer.
Do you know how much your irresponsible way of working annoys us.

I hv booked my cylinder but every time I got message for cancellation of booking while the cash memo generated this is not the once time but every time I face the same problem. I have no contact no for complaint. Look at this and solve the problem
