    I am booked for refilling of my gas on 12-03-2015.My consumer No.-CX-14384123 but till date i could not get my gas.When today i check the status of my booking through your customer care number they told me my booking has cancelled.So please inform me why my gas has cancelled and immediately deliver the gas.I am a senior citizen so please cooperate me.

    Sir i booked a gas on 30/4/2015 and our consumer no. is BM01408 & dealer name Birsamunda indane Bargarh. Till date i have not recieved the cylinder. The dealer is not responding or not answering of the calls and doing misbehaving.Please take the matter seriously and solve the situation.

    I have paid Rs.2694 for transfer my indane gas cylendar from Berhampur to Bhubaneswar. I have received only a money receipt of Rs.100 Dr-21 Sept 2015. They force me to pay Rs.1100 towards payment of two filled cylendar. Where as I did not need the filled cylendar. They justify me we can't transfer the connection without the filled cylender & the money receipt will be given to you at the time of delivery of cylender.

    Dear SIr/Madam,
    Greetings of the day...
    As advised by you against my complain no 2368751 self had a telephnic discussion with Mr Shiva Prasad Mohanty regarding my earlier mentioned issuie,Whereas the Distributor has came to my mentioned adress & done the needful for the verification,After that i received a confirmation call from Mr Panigrahi (Manager)8339051760(Mob)that i would visit there office to Seva Indane on Dtd 09-10-2015 in between 11.00Am to 12.30 Pm & collect my new cylinder along with the gas stove & other necessary documents for which the amount has already been paid on-line.
    As i was out of station when i received the call from Mr Panigrahi & due to my urgency need of Gas connection i immodestly travelled over night to bhubaneswar & also taking a emergency leave from my organization for Dtd 09-10-2015 & very shockingly when i reached the office of Seva indane-Kapilprasad bhubaneswar by hiring a taxi the Seva Indane Person Mr Panigarhi conveyed that the concern person who has to handover me the new connection has gone somewhere & i again need to visit to seva Indane on 12-10-2015(Monday),Whereas they also informed that the amount for the Gas Stove which is paid by me on-line of Rs 1975 is not available with them as the Gas stove which is costing RS 1975 is of low cost,So as to i have to forcibly pay Rs 2300 for the gas stove.

    Please advise whether i have done a Blunder by Choosing IOCL or I shall be helped by any-means.

    This should be treated as a Sincere harassment to the customer form the Dealer & I would request you to take up the matter & revert orelse please confirm shall i withdraw my application & get my paid money back????

I also contact mr.mohanty delivery person he just told me there is no more gas available in stock please look at this matter every month we have the facing same problem...please check either we have decided to transfer another gas agency.Our consumer no is 23589.please solve this problem as urgent basic..

    Dear Sir, every time I book for refill for gas my booking order is cancelled after 10 days, which I never underdtood.

    Consumer No-KT03849 had booked a gas cylinder on dated 30/07/2020 and the cylinder was delivered on 31/07/2020. On delivery of cylinder cash payment was done on at residence around 11.30 am and on the same day around 3 PM I (Daughter of Consumer)paid Rs.628 through online payment.
    As the payment was done twice I request to please return me the excess amount with proper communication.
