1. Sir I am a customer of M/s Alaka Gas, Bhubaneswar having consumer No.
A-42347.They have not delivered me gas till 24.04.2015 though I have
booked gas on 24.03.2015 personally. 2.They are not receiving phone
calls from the customers. They always keep their phone in busy mode. The
phone is actually not busy but whenever we make a call the computerised
voice comes "the subscriber is busy please dial after some time". 4.
This is a regular habit of M/s Alaka gas. Kindly take strick action
against M/s Alaka Gas and help the consumers. Thanking u and hope to get
justice soon.

I (consumer no.-18137) received a Indane gas cylinder on 20 April 2015 .I have observed leakage of gas from the cylinder.

MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 17870. I BOOKED ONE CYLINDER ON DTD. 01.06.2015 THROUGH SMS and received the Reference No. 635272. I have received the SMS on 07.06.2015 that Cash Memo 3000058975 is generated & the cylinder will delivered shortly. Till 17.06.2015 when i did not received the cylinder i visited the Alaka Gas counter and came to know that it has been delivered on 11.06.2015 as per their records. The man sitting in the counter told me to complain this to their higher authorities. The attitude of the Higher authority specially the President is rude he did not receive the complain. They are corrupt from top to bottom

Sir, I have booked for gas on dt.30.7.2015, but no any reply message came to my registered mobile. Regarding the problem, I have tried to make contact with Indane gas personnels on contact no.-(0674)2530819 &9937207592,but nothing response from that end. In the mean time I have got message on dt.6.8.2015 that, You have booked a Refill on 30.Jul.2015 with booking No.-658213 and cashmemo No.is 3000109642 .
But it is regret to say that, till now the cylinder has not delivered nor anyone responding the phone call ,nither the laldline nor the mobile.

I used to book the gas on-line.
Recently, I Booked my gas twice but the same were cancelled without generating the delivery receipt. Lastly I went to Alka, who asked to re-instate the Bank link, which was done. Then I booked gas on 31.8.2015 vide booking number 671023, the same was not delivered yet. Can it be expedited.

I have received a massage on Dt.10.09.15 that Cash Memo No.3000145800 generated against Booking Number 2000082021 shall be delivered shortly. But till today I have not received my gas cylinder. I personally contact over phone and received reply that your cylinder will be delivered soon. But I am regretted to intimate that my gas cylinder has not yet been delivered.

i am a customer of M/s Alaka Gas agency bhubaneswar and my consumer No is CX5067535. I booked 5 times but it will not deliver. I request them personally in his office but nobody have time to listen. I also request to the sales officer before 7days he They are not receiving phone calls from the customers. They always keep their phone in busy mode. commitment me to help me unfortunately he fail his commitment till now. So kindly help me and send my refill as soon as possible.
