Rejected to exchange the Broken cylinder during the time of delivery by giving some unlawful reasons To the family members During this lockdown situation. We are keeping the cylinder outside the house to avoid unwonted accidents .By giving calls several times didn’t get any response from Alaka agency Bhubaneswar. My humble request To exchange the cylinder as soon as possible neither I have to escalate the issue to the next level.
