    Hello sir, i belong to Bhadaur (distt. Barnala). From last two dayd electricity is not coming with low voltage. Workers are not doing work on it. Workers are not working on it. Please regist my complaint and give instructions to workers to work on it.

    Complaint of electric meter (Account number - 3003018567) located in D-504, Palm Village society, Sector 126, Mohali by Abhishek Goel:

    Dear sir,
     Please be informed that on 16th Mar’18, my electric meter located at above address got malfunctioned and electricity got disconnected and there is no display on the same, only green light is coming, immediately on the same day I called up your number 9646115973 @ 7.52 AM and he guided my to call Desumajra technician on 9646198622 @ 7.55 AM and told him the details, he promised me to come back and check. At 11 :17 AM I called up again but he said that whole area light is disconnected and it will be rectified by 15:00 PM but no avail, than I again called him @ 18:51 PM but as per him duty has changed and now new person is not aware though he took the details but no one turned up
     In the mean time I called up society electrician and he checked and helped me with power back up but insisted to call PSPCL person only as its related to meter
     On 17th Mar’18, again I kept calling on both complaint numbers and technician number but dint get any support and no one turned up
     On 19th Mar’18, I again called up complaint number and requested him to support, he promised me to call on the same number after 15 min as he will speak to him but after 15 min nobody responded to my call
     Am requesting again to please align someone to check my issue and help for final resolution
     Also if meter replacement is required than pls get it done but for that atleast some person should come and check

    NOTE – I will not be responsible to make any late payments or excess payment in case meter shows no readings as am the one who is following up but team is least bothered to even visit

    I paid the above bill online by debiting my savings a/c on 28.1.2018 and the amt. stands transferred to pspcl 199622162093. But this amt.has again been demanded from me vide your bill dated 22.3.18 for the period 19.1.18 to 22.3.18. Pl.look into the matter and adjust my above amount.

    I am from phase 2 Mohali Punjab there is no electricity from past 12am and now it's 4:12am I am having my exam today since there is extremely poor service of punjab electricity board all the numbers given on internet of electricity board was not reachable as supplier has put his phones off and take out their Sims to comfortable sleep. I want that electricity cut should be of day time but night time there is no reason to destroy lakhs of people sleep as everyone have different work also as I am having my exam. Very poor performance by punjab government Congress and so ur electricity department really unsatisfied and poor .

    I hope by reading my message you wake up and do something otherwise I have to take huge step against you people.

    I have noticed some trees are touching/overhanging high tension line in our colony (Officers Enclave) Patiala.These can only be pruned if the HT line is put off by the electricity department.Kindly advice the staff.There can be a major shorting of these lines if the trees are not pruned.

    Reference our service/complaint request no. 9837352 not solve till yet. In the meantime we received one more elect. bill for 114 days.
    The concerned SDO of WEST COMMERCIAL not give proper guidance/answer used tough language/
    We paid the bill with following sequence.

    1 Bill paid on 14.2.18 for Rs.930/-
    2 Bill paid on 08.3,18 for Rs. 1125
    Again we received
    3. bill for Rs. 700/-
    When we contact PSPCL Office they give one more
    4. bill for Rs. 1100/-
    Surprised to see the working of PSPCL. Please look into this matter earlist.
