Electricity complaint from jalandhar by Gaurav jain:

I want to complaint about the staff of PSPCL on 1912 who is responsible for resolving the complaint of electricity supply in Jalandhar. I filed a complaint yesterday i.e.11/12/2017 regarding sparking of wires at the electric pole just in front of my house.The sparking was too much and also very frequent.My registered complaint number is 9336300.Receiving no response I again registered the complaint (No:9344279) but nobody came here.
Today I received a message from PSPCL that my service request no:9336300 marked as resolved. I was surprised as no one came to my place to resolve my complaint and the problem persist as such
Please take my complaint into consideration and take quick actions to sort out my problem and also take strict actions against the irrresponsible staff for its negligence.

On dt. 17.07.17 i had deposited Rs.2550/- & Rs.3600/- vide rcpts no. 215300016063 & 218100016070 respectively being load enhancement & meter installtion etc. charges.
Last week one PSPCL official visited my home and asked to bring new meter box and wire for connection.
Sir i want to know that the meter box and wire for connection from Pole to supply is to be bought by me.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I am a resident of st.no 2 , satguru nagar,33 feet road,Mundian Kalan,Ludhiana. We are new resident of this place from the time we have shifted I am very much afraid of the electric pole near our house all the wire and meter connected to it are without any covering and all the meter and wire are adjusted at very low level of the electric pole even a small child of 3 year can reach it very easily.

I have not get 400 unit concession in this bill, i have a bill of 4550/-. Account no A31JT321015F. I belong with SC caste and do private job. My father have a shop and do shoes repair work and we are not able to pay this bill without 400 unit concession. Request you to please provide 400 unit concession as we belong to poor family. I will take care in future that bill will not cross 400 units.
