    Hi I am Anup, I want to register complaint against MNGL(Maharashtra natural gas limited) gas Contractor.

    I paid Rs 6000/- for gas connection by cheque to MNGL now 90 days over but I not get gas connection . MGNL is contractor is not taking any action to connect gas pipeline as I already complaint in customer care and called them multiple times

    B P No-50116767 given by MNGL at D-504, Wondercity,Katraj, Pune in May -2018 and in the name of Umesh Katkar.
    I, Ramdas Dinkar Shinde is sole owner of above said flat w.e.f.March-2014.
    It is requested to correct the BP Name of MNGL Supply.Our society had already pursued the case but still there is no change in BP Name.

    I have a complaint regarding online charges of Rs 550 in my current mngl bill of Aug 2020..i had paid for online charges already in last month's bill (attached) I have been told it's one time charges however I have been charged again though its paid..also I don't have any pending amount to be paid the bills are paid in time from my end still I have been charged with late fees and arrears....I would like you to plz look into it and send me corrected bill

    Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Wrong/High Bills on estimated Consumption Consumer No BP50021951 by Jawaharlal Tapase:

    I am in receipt of Bill dated 08 October 2020 for Rs 7556 (Photo enclosed)

    The bill is wrong, because my house is in closed condition from 30 Sept 2019. The bill has been prepared on Estimated Meter Reading of 407.

    The actual reading of the meter is 165 as of today, the photo is enclosed. The reading of 165 is same as shown in bill dt 10 Oct 2019, for the meter reading taken on 23 Sep 19.

    The subsequent bills from Nov 19 till Oct 20 are showing Estimated readings adding 43 units every month. I have sent several emails to mnglsupport and mnglcustomercare attaching the photo of meter. I also tried to call customer care phone, but no one answers.

    I request MNGL to rectify the bill. I have paid all outstanding amount up to end Sep 2019.

    Bill has not been rectified.
    1. The Mngl service was activated in the month of November 2020 (Picture attached)
    2. Billing should be as per usage from Nov'2020.
    3. There are pictures attached of the meter readings from the date of activation Nov'2020 to 28th July 2021.
    4. There was a reversal of Rs. 4,945 on 01.12.2020.
    5. On 01.02.2021 there was bill of Rs. 1753 issued. How is this amount charged? Please refer to the attached meter readings.
    6. As per meter reading the amount raised is incorrect. Kindly check records.
    We are willing to pay the bill from Nov'2020.
    Kindly rectify and inform the amount to be paid.

    Sir, I'm paying amounts once received an intimations online on time, but some of the payments are not taking into their account and reflecting in payment due. I wants whole bills from November 2021 to March 2023 to verify with pending bills and to pay balance amount accordingly. Please arrange bills with Bill No and dates.

    Applied online on 26/09/2023 with id APP20230976776 and money paid is credited to my account.
    I submitted another online application on 05/10/2023 with id APP20231077808..Today (6/10/2024) visited personally in your office to know about my online application. The receptionist informed me that your money will be refunded back in 2-3 days.,and said why you have applied online? It’s of no use. I am 69 years old and I had to come from my house at Dhayari to your office at Shivajinagar. If there is no use of online application and online payment why it is kept on website? While laying pipeline through my parking I had given full cooperation. For seniors these answers by your receptionist is really annoying.
    However when I returned home I had email from
    Your office saying that my online application is forwarded to feasibility report department.
    Please put a note on your website saying that online application for new gas connection are not accepted and only offline work through your marketing team will be done.

    My friend applied for MNGL connection on June but still not done after 6 months. Many times called MNGL customer care but no action taken still date.
