Hi,
I reside in No.66, 4th cross, rajanna layout, rbi extension, byrasandra, jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore - 560011. It is been 6 months since we received adequate water supply. The water is released late in the afternoon for only two hours. I have reached out to BWSSB office several times but the problem is still not resolved. I kindly request you to provide us night time supply with adequate amount.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we are not getting BWSSB water supply to the below mentioned area.
4th Cross, Vijayananda Nagar, Nandini layout, Bangalore -560096.
We are not receiving proper supply of water in above mentioned address. Also there is lot miss utilization of BWSSB water in this area. There is no authority to check or take action against any culprits.
I hereby request the authorities to take immediate action against this and do the needful. I hope immediate action would be taken solve the issues at the earliest.

I resident of No 9 Anugraha Appanna block adjacent to HMT Layout RT Nagar (RR No N-329557/157-334) have given written complaint on 20th November 26th December and 24th january 2018 for which action was taken properly regulating the valves only on 21st November 2017. Afterwards the supply of water became poor and it is now 2 buckets for once in 15 days. Please give connection from other line or keep entire pipe line 2 feet below or keep extra valves etc and supply basic need of water

The water valve man purposefully did not supply water to our road today, Mahashivaratri day.
All these days he was supplying water at a very very low pressure and just for 1:30 hours between 8:45 A.M to 10:10 A.M.
All complaints to everyone available did not get results. The valve men is acting in nexus with water tank lorry suppliers. He was recently put to this area. Earlier in another area too he was doing the same thing and there people thrashed him and chased him out.
Well to do people used to hire tanker lorry due to shortage of water. Poor people with frustration are living somehow.

Sewerage block is happening on 12th main road end regularly from past 25 years. We have given complaints more than 100 times. Request to replace old sewage pipes on this road and place new pipes deeper. Officials had promised the line replacement in the year 2016 but still nothing has happened. We use to get water supply every alternative days in the odd hours from 12.30am to 5am.
Since from 4 days absolutely there is no water supply in our area, 3rd A cross,1st Phase, Karnataka layout, Kurubarahalli Bangalore -86 area. how many time we have to make use of water tank services??..I logged a complaint customer care help line number also. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

The present water man does not open valve fully and so there is no water pressure. This situation is only after the appointment of this valve man.
He opens only at 8:40 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. providing insufficient water supply. Rich people hire water tankers poor people suffer. Water tanker owners bribe the valve men for giving business to them. The valve man needs to be suspended and enquiry be held.
The timing too he has selected when poor people have left to their daily work.
Water timings should be between 4:00 A.M. till 11:00 A.M. with sufficient force as existed before the appointment of this present valve men to our area.

All influence men having connection with politicians have illegal water connections.
In almost all streets right from 15th Main to 24th Main the water valve man has given illegal connection collecting 5000 rupees his name is said as vikram. All water pipes are fixed lower to the ground. Genuine Meter holders tanks never gets filled. Watermen opens water at low pressure and all these illegal connection peoples tanks get filled.
We are being penalised without water since we are honest. Vikram asked me too to pay 5000 rupees to get illegal connection at a low level parallel to road to get forceful water.
People are taking illegal connections so that they get water by having water pipes connected at lower level they are being forced to get one by the valveman. Departmental equiry and dismissing him from service is needed.

We r leaving in shamanna garden slum as we r complaining tht our building has 6houses as tht we staying in the last floor. We are complaining that the lower house people keeping 2syntax as taht it result in leakage of house and also cracks are over wall so that i am requesting to come over here and stop them to keep the syntax its over loading. Low water pressure. Due to this very little water around 1500 Ltrs is coming .This is not enough even for two days.Water is released once in 4 days in a week. I lodged complaint in register kept at 3rd Stage Water tank office of BWSSB 15 days back. One Mr Ravi promised to inspect my water connection and solve. But he never came. I am not getting water. If i go there they are telling that they will come. No one visited our house and inspected till now. Our local plumber is telling Water meter is clogged internally. two months back BWSSB employees came a fixed seal to all water meters in our area. Unless BWSSB person come and check, Problem will not be solved.
