    Applied online on 26/09/2023 with id APP20230976776 and money paid is credited to my account.
    I submitted another online application on 05/10/2023 with id APP20231077808..Today (6/10/2024) visited personally in your office to know about my online application. The receptionist informed me that your money will be refunded back in 2-3 days.,and said why you have applied online? It’s of no use. I am 69 years old and I had to come from my house at Dhayari to your office at Shivajinagar. If there is no use of online application and online payment why it is kept on website? While laying pipeline through my parking I had given full cooperation. For seniors these answers by your receptionist is really annoying.
    However when I returned home I had email from
    Your office saying that my online application is forwarded to feasibility report department.
    Please put a note on your website saying that online application for new gas connection are not accepted and only offline work through your marketing team will be done.
