since our lpg connection has been transferred from my late fathers names to my mothers name we havent received the deserving subsidy that too after completing all formalities with the concerned alka flame gas agency and the bank linked.

I am a customer of alka flames ltd. And their services have been by far the worst, i am complaining when the irresponsibility got out of hands. I have had received both the confirmation and delivered confirmation messages but the cylinder which should have been delivered a week prior to now have still not been delivered. This is how irresponsible their employees are and how bad they are at providing services to their consumers.
As if that was not enough, the customer care don't pick up or respond to my calls either.
This is absolutely ridiculous
Either some action must be taken against it or else if not then that would make it even more clearer that not only their services suck but also the authorities whose job is to help out customers are irresponsible as well and suck too.
Absolutely hedious.
