I have lodged a complaint against the vendor M/S Sunder Lal for misbehaviour on 19 July 2016.I haven't received any response from TOI till date.I request you to change the vendor with immediate effects.Your call back facilities are useless as I didn't receive call back after requested for the same. Why don't they attend call from the customers. Are they all time engaged attending call.

Hi !
I am sorry to state that despite waiting for one complete month (since July 04 2016), I am yet to see a regular supply of the newspaper. Sunday is specifically being targeted even by alternative mechanism. Vendor is hell bent of punishing the yearly subscription. He treats as if we are begging from him. Me and our tenant on Second floor are struggling with the vendor for last 6 Months.
What Times of India is doing for this?
why are u running scheme, if u cannot afford to ensure the supply.
Pl investigate as why all this is being done?

I paid for my TOI subscription in the month of June. I got Payment confirmation around 20th July.
This has been a month since then. I am yet to see newspaper.
Whenever I call customer care number, it never connects. Never. CC executives are always busy.
Now dont know whom to ask?
