My subscription no. 0033916674 dated 11/04/2015, but I still not received the coupon from your end, Three time I informed to customer care no. 011-39898090 but postive response from them. The subscription payment I already pay you but I have to pay monthly charge to local vendor and this situation very frustrating for me.

I have been living in DLF Phase I for the last 12 years & subscribe for Times Of India, Economic Times & Navbharat. Of late, the delivery is very erratic, some times late, sometime some paper or the other is missed out & sometimes the papers are left out in the rain. The vendor claims he is the only distributor & is very rude & keeps threatening to stop supplies if i complain or delay his payment, which i do to teach hima lesson.Can you do anything to help please?

We live in Alaknanda and have been avid readers of Times Of India. Since last 30 yrs we have been buying TOI. Often the vendor, Mr. ved prakash would miss giving the paper and we have to call him to complaint. recently on one such day he has misbehaved and argued rudely. Since that day we are not getting the newspaper. please look into the matter and resolve.
