I have not yet received my subscription couple however already received confirmation SMS in Aug for subscription no 00******** and for assistance # 011-66111255.
I called this # several time and left the msg also, but nobody called back to me. Can someone take a look and let me know why I am not getting subscription coupons.

Hello TOI Team
I have paid for yearly plan for TOI newspaper.
I have received a SMS from TOICRM on 27 August 2016 as confirmation. Amount is deducted from my bank account.
I have not received Coupons till date.
The helpline number sent in the SMS is 011-66111255 but call goes on IVR only ...no one responds...even after waiting after selecting the IVR option.
Please help.

We have been taking TOI since ages but disappointed lately by the fraud done by TOI agents.
Every time we get only half the newspaper and rest is either not given by TOI or the distributor.
Many have unsubscribed the newspaper, equally are thinking.
Duration: From last 2 months.

Dear Sir, a representative from ToI came to my home around 4 months back and obtained a cheque from me stating that coupons for 15 months will be issued to me. Despite 4 months I have'nt received any coupons.
