Good Morning
I would like to highlight complaint about illegal activities in Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar.
Near to my place there was GYM, which is shut down now. And now Land owner gave that property to Nigerians, who has opened night bar there. I believe it’s without taking any permission from Delhi Police. Because as per the guidelines bars are not allowed nearby School or in Residential area. We can’t approach land owner because he is like a Mafia in that area. Please do something to shut or sealed that property. Top of that they have opened SPA near to that area there own food shop. Sooner they will ruled in Mohan Garden, because Police is not taking any action.
It’s becoming hard for us to go out, hard for us to ask children to play outside. We called Delhi police to sort this but they came just to shut down for the day. But no action has been taken against them or against land owner.
I hope media can sort this issue as soon as possible.

PRESS STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE FAMILY OF DANIELLE Mc LAUGHLIN 3RD OCTOBER 2017
The family of Danielle Mc Laughlin who was murdered and raped in Goa in March 2017 confirm the addition to the legal team dealing with the case with the appointment of Mr. Vikram Varma Attorney, as their representative in India when the case of the accused, Vikat Bhagat comes to trial.
Danielle’s family wish to express their sincere gratitude to the Coroner’s office in Dublin and the Chief State Pathologist, Dr. Marie Cassidy for their help. Dr. Cassidy, with meticulous precision, has completed the second post – mortem report in relation to Danielle. Dr Cassidy’s report, among other things, confirms the cause of Danielle’s death in line with the first Indian post – mortem report.
Danielle’s family have also now received the ‘Charge’ documentation in the case from the prosecution authorities in India.
The family wish to extend their thanks also to the British Consulate in Mumbai for their invaluable assistance in organising the delivery of the Charge papers to their solicitor, Desmond J Doherty in Derry.
Danielle’s family have dealt with a lot of documents and information in relation to Danielle’s case over the last number of weeks and months. They are still trying to cope with and come to terms with the tragedy that has occurred.
Danielle’s family remain hopeful that the truth in relation to Danielle’s untimely death will be made known and that justice in her memory will be done.
It is expected that the trial of Vikat Bhagat, who remains the only person charged in connection with the case, will take place soon as it is being ‘fast – tracked’ by the Indian authorities.

After the coming out these scams he has deleted his facebook account and other information. Sweden police is doing investigation and he should go to jail for this kinds of scams.
Ashutosh Tiwari has good contacts in India such as Harsh Vardhan (Minister from Delhi), DST Secretary Prof Ashutosh Sharma, and Deputy CM Utter Pradesh-Mr. Sharma, etc.
This case is like earthquake in field of world’s research and science. This is also a matter of dignity of Indian peoples working abroad. Hope you will consider to let peoples of India know and aware about this.

It is long due from MTNL to launch 4G services, which they said will be launching in 2017 and already we are in 2018.

Geetanjali Jewels, 3rd Eye Complex, CG Road, Ahmedabad had a scheme of selecting GOLD Jewelry from the samples displayed in shop and paying in advance.
The, made to order, jewelries were to come from its HQ, Mumbai after 3 weeks.
Since the making change was low – only Rs. 100/- per gram PLUS Gold rate on that day. Logic was quite convincing – it is like Catalogue Shopping and the company saves money from display of large variety of items.
We ordered for two gold rings for Rs. 13, 976.18 (Rs. 7010.85 for one ring and Rs. 6965.33 for other) on February 10, 2018.
On February 12, 2018, we ordered two more items – two Gold pendants for of a total of Rs, 25, 498.79 (Rs. 12,863.43 for one pendent and Rs. 12,635.36 for other one). On Feb. 13th the PNB fraud came in light and case against Geetanjali blew up.
We have all the receipts with us, but the shop was sealed and the shop staff came on road.
My advance is stuck.
This may not be the single case and need to be investigated.
The police, the Government, and all investigating agencies should take this also on record and let me know how to proceed.
When their assets are seized, the liabilities also need to be taken care of.
Please help.
