I wanted to bring to your attention the conduct of your employees which raises question of standard, quality and commitment to journalism. I had recently posted a comment to a news report published on your website where in the finance minister had stated that auto industry was failing as millennial were opting for app based aggregators. The comment posted by me was"
" Very conveniently forgotten that millennial''s prefer cab services because of increase petrol prices, lack of parking and higher insurance and maintenance costs. It is much cheaper and comfortable to travel via cabs if you include all costs. "
I received an email from your team stating that the said email was of offensive nature and was therefore removed and my points have been deducted. I was told to refrain from refraining from posting obscene, defamatory, or inflammatory comments and not indulging in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community or copying message from the article itself. (Copy of email is attached below)
It amazes me no bounds as to what in the said comment was obscene, defamatory, or inflammatory comment or amounted to indulging in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community?
Such an action clearly is violative of all standards of journalism and demeans the entire establishment. I have been an ardent reader of Times of India and Economic Times but the said act has brought into question the very repute that I have relied upon.
Kindly ensure that the same is reversed. If however, you intend to subdue any and all voices which are not on the same page as you or your team, it will be an enlightening experience which I would be obliged to share on all social media platforms. After all, we pursue truth and justice and journalism is not about stories but facts and truth, events happening around us.

I am a reader of TOI since 40 years.
My small suggestion is that-
Design of newspaper is very odd.
Some of them are half, some of them are bigger in size and very difficult to manage, because they are not in order. It is really difficult to handle particularly for aged people.
Therefore I am thinking to switch over.

Hi Team,
I have subscribed to TOI in the month of July, and I have received an SMS of the same that "Your Subscriber ID is DL081937734663. The delivery of newspapers will start from 15/8/2019 and continue till 16/11/2020."
But, after completion of the month of August 2019, newspaperman asked me for monthly charge Rs.170/. I told him that I have subscribed to the TOI and I have paid for the same already, but he was not convinced. I have a word with Mr. Gaurav Raghav who was collected the check against this subscription on his mobile no +91-9354544525 and his senior Mr. Akash Tomer on his mobile no. +919015545537 regarding this issue, they said don't worry we will manage.but today once again newspaperman Mr. Satish (mo no. +919289203520) comes to my home and demands a 3-month newspaper charge.
I have not received any coupon or message anymore left one single SMS.Kindly look it this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

After staying 40 yrs in Gole Market, New Delhi for 40 yrs have shifted to Ghaziabad (UP) PIN 201003 and since then keeping TOI. Off late I m observing I m not getting full pages of the paper incl Education Times on every Monday, Sunday Magazine. Want to know that whether Assent has been merged with the main paper as earlier it used to be a separate paper. Some Mr ANUJ is the incharge of TOI of my area. I live in Bharat City near Tilla Mod Police Station. I tried to contact Mr Harpreet but couldnt. Pl help me
