Sir in my college is not believe give me instructions to change my branch for SNQ quota to mechanical engineering to computer science engineering. निवेदन यह है कि, मैंने "एम. वी.जे . कॉलेज ऑफ़ इंजीनियरिंग" , बैंगलोर में एडमिशन के लिए १ लाख ९० हजार जमा किये थे ,और साथ में अपने डाक्यूमेंट्स भी जमा कर दिए थे | उस कॉलेज कि ९ अगस्त से ही क्लास स्टार्ट हो गईं थी | लेकिन अभी भी मेरे पास कोई एडमिशन का प्रमाण नही है | उन लोगों ने मुझे १४ अगस्त को केबल फीस की रसीद दी थी | और मुझसे बोला की अब तुम क्लास कर सकते हो | तो मैंने दो दिन क्लास की और उसके बाद अपनी फीस वापस के लिए बोला क्यूंकि मुझे उस कॉलेज में कुछ समझ में नही आ रहा था ,और मुझे पढाई करने में दिक्कत हो रही थी | तब मैंने उनसे अपनी फीस को लौटाने के लिए निवेदन किया , तो उन लोगों ने मेरे से मना कर दिया | जबकि उन्होंने मेरे से अभी तक एडमिशन का कोई फॉर्म नही भरवाया था | बस उन्होंने फीस की रसीद दी थी | इसके बाद मैंने क्लास जाना बंद कर दिया था | और उसके बाद मैं फीस वापस लेने के लिए बात करने लगा | एक दो दिन बाद उन लोगों ने मेरे से फीस वापस लौटने के लिए पत्र लिख के देने को बोला तो उनके कहने पे मैंने पत्र लिख के एडमिशन ऑफिस में दे दिया था और मेरे से बोला गया की हम इस पत्र को चैयरमेन सर के पास पहुंचाएंगे तब आपको सूचना दी जाएगी और बोला की चार दिन बाद आना | जब मैं चार दिन बाद गया तो मेरे से बोला की जब तुम्हारा एडमिशन फॉर्म नही भरा तो डाक्यूमेंट्स कैसे वापस नही मिल सकते हैं , और मेरे से एडमिशन फॉर्म भरा लिया गया और तारीख डलवाई १६ जून २०१७ | जबकि जिस दिन मैंने फॉर्म भरा था उस दिन तारीख २९ अगस्त २०१७ थी | फिर मेरे को डाक्यूमेंट्स दे दिए गये और बोला गया की फीस वापस नही हो सकती | मैंने उनसे निवेदन किया की मेरी फीस वापस कर दीजिए , मेरे को पढाई करने में दिक्कत हो रही है | तो मेरे से बोला की तुम प्रिंसिपल सर से जाके मिलिए, जब मैं प्रिंसिपल सर के पास गया तो उन्होंने कहा की तुम एडमिशन ऑफिस में जाओ वहां बात करो में इसमें कुछ नही कर सकता | लेकिन मुझे कहीं से कुछ भी जवाब नही मिला जबकि मुझे २० दिन हो गये थे कॉलेज जाते-जाते फिर भी मेरे से कोई सही से बात तक नही कर रहा था,और मेरे को सूबह से शाम तक इंतजार करवाया जाता है और अंत में मुझसे बोल दिया जाता है की आपकी फीस वापस नही हो सकती , अब मैं क्या करू मुझे कुछ समझ नही आ रहा है |
इसलिए आप से निवेदन है की मेरी सहायता कीजिए, क्रप्या मेरी फीस को वापस करवाने में मेरी मदत करेंगे तो आपकी बहुत कृपा होगी |
