I purchased one refrigerator of 505 lt Bosch make on 21/05/2017 model kgn57AI40I.The refrigerator was installed on 24/05/2017.The ice is not formed even in 6 hours. Bosch technician set the temp of 4 and -20 degree on 24/05/2017 The bosch technician visited today but could not set it right.
Pl take urgent steps to remove defect. If it is defective refrigerator replace immediately.

I have purchased a Bosch W/M , model 7 kg FAFL WM WAK200 , from Metro cash & carry , Kolkata on 19/09/2017 , same was delivered to my address on 23/09/2017 . Sorry to inform you that so far therehas been no communication from service centres for installation of same. Request to arrange for the same urgently, for installation and demo.
Iam quiet sorry to have been mailing this , which indicates a very poor after sales service . This has made me think about purchasing future Bosch products. Please respond.

Bosch India Solar Water Heater with serial No- 091115000015 is having a problem. Expansion of Disc, certain fitments left out during instalation in the year 2016 January. Dealer response in Belgaum (Karnataka) is as slow as a tortotise . Hope to see some professionalism & swiftness in rectifying the problem. The tank needs to be replaced.

Hi we purchased Bosch washing machine fully automatic front load with registration phone no.9849166324 of me R.Somacharan on 22-09-2017 for my father in law at vill:Puttapaka, mondal:Narayanpur Dist:Yadadri bongiri,H.No-6-71,PINCODE-508253 ADDRESS.They got problem with water leakage from the drum on first day usage ,and last 2 months back we got severe shock problem with washing machine then I gave complaint no one technician has come to check the product already its 2 months over and without checking ur people sent us return back mail as its complaint has successfully done .This is not correct from ur technicians always telling we will check but no response .There is no respect n response for customers from ur bosch technicians, its ridiculous .Please replace the washind machine with new one.

Had given a complaint to service centre on 24th Nov 2021, 9.30 am. They said they will attend in 48 hrs. Again called 25th again called at 3.30pm and they said still 48 hrs not up. Now after 72 hrs also nobody bothered to attend. Pathetic service. Didn't expect from Bosch. 9900146684, vedavyasa
