    Respected Sir, I am Dr. Rajeev Sharma, holding SC No. SD76131102586. Sir, there is electric pole nearest to my gate and hundreds of wires are intermingled, which create possibility of any mishap. Simultaneously, high tension line is very near to my boundary wall and nearby plants/trees attain height above high tension line. It is requested that kindly cover these high tension lines with insulating rubber sleeves to avoid any accident.

    I wanted to lure your attention that electricity cut off has been a major issue in my locality(W-1 , Pampapuri Ramnagar Nainital-244715). It's been more than 12 hrs that power issue has not been resolved.

    • my meter reading not Coming Properly Since Aug’ 2020 and still meter reading showing IDF
    • Against above, bill period 22.03.2021 – 16.04.2021, have been paid Rs 11198/- meter reading showing IDF (Identify defective) paid by me .
    • Again, received a bill for period 16.04.2021- 20.05.2021 Rs. 6225 meter reading showing IDF (Identify defective) - still to pay
    So, it is requested kindly look in to the matter and resolve the following:
    1. Change the defective meter as soon as possible (report for defective meter has already been filed on Dtd.:
    2. Resolve the monthly Billing charges issues, because presently it is being provided on the basis IDF -1000 unit plus which is too high compare to earlier bill .
